Free Templates That’ll Actually Help You Get Your Life Together

We all have 500 things to do and 0 energy to do them. Between classes, competitions, and pretending we have a social life, keeping track of everything is like trying to organize spices without jars.
So I made two printable templates that are super simple, actually useful, and won’t make you feel like you need to become “that girl” with pastel highlighters and a 3-hour morning routine.
These are free (obviously), A4-sized, and designed by someone who’s still figuring it out (hi). Perfect for students, chaos gremlins, and people who don’t want to open Notion every time they breathe.
1. Daily Sheet – “Things To Do & Things To Remember”
This one’s meant for the day-to-day chaos. It’s one piece of paper, split in half. One side = your to-do list. Other side = your brain dump area. Stuff to remember, things you forgot to say, random thoughts that shouldn’t get lost.
What’s inside:
To-do list with checkboxes (the serotonin is real)
A section for “Reminders” (aka: stuff you’ll 100% forget)
Mood tracker + a tiny “best part of today” space
Room for a quote, lyric, or drama you overheard
Use it when:
You're overwhelmed and need a 5-min reset
You want a screen-free planning moment
You need to see what’s actually important today
Pro tip: I print it double-sided and keep a few in my folder for the week. Feels ✨productive✨ just pulling one out.
2. Monthly Commitment Calendar – For Long-Term Clarity
Big projects. Birthdays. Debates. Deadlines. This is your overview space — one sheet to make the month make sense. Also, useful if you’re a visual person who wants to see everything in one place.
What it has:
Undated monthly layout (so you can use it whenever)
Space for your top 3 goals
A section for “If nothing else gets done…”
Habit tracker + open notes section
How I use it: I fill it at the start of every month — competitions, tests, MUNs, content deadlines, and any personal stuff. It also helps me not overbook myself (even though I always still do).
This Method Legit Changed My Productivity
When I started using these paper templates, I slowly started putting my phone away while planning — no notifications, no bouncing between 3 tabs, no “accidentally” scrolling for 45 minutes. And honestly? My productivity shot up. My brain felt less foggy. And the more I relied on pen and paper, the more clear everything felt.
Having my tasks and reminders on paper (where they couldn’t disappear into the void of my phone) made it so much easier to focus, prioritize, and actually get stuff done. It’s like giving your brain some breathing room.
How to Use Them:
Print and keep them in a folder (or staple a bunch together for your own planner)
Use with apps like Notability or Goodnotes if you're digital
Set a timer and spend 5 minutes with these at the start of your day/week/month
Write in ✍️ pencil or ✍️ drama, whatever works
